What this product is for
PHRENIC DUO gives practitioners a clearly delimited application field along the lower cervical segments and the supraclavicular line, with a two-step texture sequence that keeps daily routines reproducible.
Where it is applied
The zones listed below (application field) are the possible application areas. The product can be applied across all of these zones, or more specifically in one or several of them, in consultation with your practitioner.

How to use it
- 01Cleanse and dry the three defined application zones.
- 02Bring 1 push (airless system) of phase 1 to the area indicated by your therapist or in the application zones specific for this product.
- 03Apply the product 2 times a day in this selected area, in a thin layer.
- 04Follow up by phase 2 of this product if indicated by your therapist, following the steps in the application sequence.
Application sequence
Phase 1 · Week 1–2, 1–2 applications per day
Release
The first texture is applied thinly along the paravertebral band from C3 to C5, then over the supraclavicular hollow above the collarbone and finally across the shoulder region. Zone order stays identical at every session.
Phase 2 · Two minutes after phase 1
Integration
After a two-minute pause the second, lighter texture is applied over the identical field in the same order. From week 3 the morning application uses phase 2 and the evening phase 1; from week 4 onwards phase 2 is used.

Documented as a conditioning constituent of the cutaneous topical base; contributes to a smooth, non-tacky finish.

Protects the lipid fraction over the shelf life of the record so successive batches stay comparable.
Safety

- Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes and broken or irritated skin.

Is this a medicinal product?
No. SIRIAM formulations are cutaneous topical compositions. They are described by application region and composition, not directed at a therapeutic indication but rather at regulation of the nervous system. EMG validation will need to support this further in the future.

The region is identified by a healthcare professional using anatomical landmarks and surface maps. Our documentation supports that conversation.
Can the formulation be combined with other routines?
